BUSINESS 事業紹介

Wakoh Metal is a company that recycles non-ferrous metal materials such as copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and more, turning them into new, reusable resources.
Our clients range from construction site contractors where large amounts of non-ferrous metals are generated, to recycling companies and local residents.
We carry out indispensable tasks of sorting crucial recycled resources and transforming them into valuable metal raw materials for the future of the Earth.
Broadly speaking, Recyclers like us are responsible for filling three gaps between suppliers and consumers which are, quality, price, and quantity.
Our company works every day with the awareness of our social role to stabilize the quality, price, and quantity of each product for each manufacturer and contribute to the domestic and foreign manufacturing industry.
Scraps from demolition sites, factories, and general consumption are virtually unusable if taken directly to a materials manufacturer. That is why we, based on our knowledge and experience, carry out sorting, processing, and packaging of these scrap materials to ensure their quality before selling and distributing them.
We utilize a cutting-edge atomic emission spectrometric analyzer to detect composition elements with high-precision measurements down to N10 PPM.
We have our skilled personnel sort materials by hand.
We process materials in ways that are most easy to use to cater to the needs of every individual user.
The market for non-ferrous metals fluctuates every day. It's common for prices to be higher when buying and lower when selling (and of course, vice versa). As a futures trader, we engage in hedging to try to keep the market fluctuation curve as flat as possible. Utilizing this practice, we strive to be able to sell goods without being significantly affected by changing market conditions.
Copper price fluctuation trends. (Year 1980 – 2021)
Manufacturers purchase raw materials according to their production plans. However, the circulation of scrap materials inevitably tends to increase when market prices are high and decrease when prices drop. Therefore, we strive to manage our inventory levels accordingly, increasing them when necessary. In times of low supply of goods in circulation, we may purchase materials at higher prices than the market rate to be able to obtain and provide goods at the quantity that aligns with the manufacturer's preferences and needs.
