A grade of newly cut copper, new copper punchings, and clippings. No impurities attached.
The grade mostly originates from press factories.
It may be mixed, but JIS standard components such as C1100 and C1020 must be guaranteed.
The recovered freshly cut copper is magnetically separated (sorted using a magnet) on a sorting platform to check for iron contamination. At the same time, visually checking for foreign materials such as brass, lead, tin... is crucial.
After the inspection, the material is put in a flexible container bag, and the final inspection is performed again with an iron detector, then the copper is delivered to the manufacturer as a metal raw material.
Newly cut copper delivered to the manufacturer is melted and cast in an electric furnace or reverberatory furnace. The cast ingots are remanufactured as semi-finished copper plates and strips by techniques such as rolling and extrusion.
Such semi-finished products are used in electric wires of electronic equipment
