Pure cutting edge of copper wire with wire diameter of 1.3 mm or more, nugget treated product. Foreign matter, foreign materials are not mixed in.
Origin
The red granule is granule crushed from covered wires. Covered wires include those for electric power, communication, and wiring used for buildings. Among these, the ones used for electric power and high-voltage wiring in buildings are especially preferred.

The recovered covered wire is granule-processed by a special crusher called a granule machine, and becomes a red granule as shown in the photograph. Red granules are magnetically separated (sorted using magnets) on a sorting table to check for iron contamination. At the same time, visually check for foreign materials. This can be a nerve-racking task.
The red granule will then be placed in flexible container bags and drum cans and delivered to the manufacturer as a metal raw material.
Manufacturer
The red granule delivered to the manufacturer is melted and cast in an electric furnace or reverberatory furnace. The casting mass is rolled into products such as copper foil.
Red granules are recycled into various products, but the most typical one is electrolytic copper foil. Electrolytic copper foil is a conductor material that is stretched over printed circuit boards, and thin materials are manufactured.
