Alloy with aluminum added to brass. Although the constituent element ratio is varied, the copper content is in the middle, and about 1 to 2% of aluminum is added. Corrosion resistance, especially good with seawater resistance, is used for condenser tubes, heater tubes, cooler tubes, etc.
Aluminum Brass has good corrosion resistance, especially against seawater, and is used for condenser pipes, heater pipes, cooler pipes, pipes in heat exchangers installed in factories.
In other words, the source is the time of occurrence, such as the dismantling work of factories and the replacement of equipment.
The received Aluminum Brass is spread out in the soil and visually checked for foreign substances such as plastic, stainless steel, and iron, A magnet can also be used for this task. After checking, the material is inspected with an iron piece detector and then pressed.
Recently, China's environmental regulations have become more stringent thus foreign substances will be checked more rigorously.
Aluminum Brass that has traveled to China is mainly melted and cast by brass rod manufacturers. The cast billet is rolled and brass rods are manufactured again and sold all over the world.
Such semi-finished products are cut, pressed again, and manufactured into faucet-related products.
Since Japanese brass rod makers don't use this material it shows the versatility of Chinese manufacturers when it comes to utilizing raw materials.
