Phospher bronze
Available for copper drawing and casting. Cu93% Sn7% P (phosphorus). Some contain lead and some have 10% tin.
Origin
The main source of New Phosphor Bronze is from press factories.
Basically, it must be a single item, and JIS standard components such as C5911 and C5210 must be guaranteed.
It is a material that is often used for connector terminals, mobile phones and requires excellent springiness, such as the part where a charger is inserted. As mobile phones become thinner year by year, so does phosphor bronze.

The recovered phosphor bronze is magnetically separated (sorted using a magnet) on a sorting table to check for iron contamination. At the same time, visually checking for foreign materials such as brass is crucial.
Phosphor bronze that has been inspected there is placed in a flexible container bag, and the final inspection is performed again with an iron piece detector, and the product is delivered to the manufacturer as a metal raw material.
Manufacturer
Phosphor bronze delivered to the manufacturer is melted and cast in an electric furnace or reverberatory furnace. Semi-finished phosphor bronze plates and strips are manufactured again from the cast ingots.
Such semi-finished products are used for electric wires of infrastructure equipment such as electric power and communication and are recycled into various products such as terminal parts for mobile phones and connector parts for sensors.
