Radiator scraps with hoops and other minority parts made from brass
Many brass radiators are generated from a part called the car heater core.
One of the parts that circulate the heated radiator liquid is the heater core.
The recovered brass radiator is first spread out and checked for iron contamination with an iron piece detector.
At the same time, a visual check is performed to check if there are any leftovers such as aluminum radiators and plastic.
The brass radiators which have been inspected are then packed in boxes and inspected again one final time with an iron piece detector and delivered to the manufacturer as a metal raw material.
The brass radiator delivered to the manufacturer is melted and cast in a reverberatory furnace or electric furnace to manufacture ingots. They will then be cast into valves and water meters.
