process until becomes usable material

The recovered radiators are first spread and checked for iron contamination with an iron piece detector.
At the same time, a visual check is performed to check if there are any leftovers such as brass and aluminum radiators and plastic.

Manufacturer

The radiators delivered to the manufacturer is melted and cast in a reverberatory furnace or electric furnace to manufacture a square ingot.
Using such semi-finished products, they will be cast into valves and water meters.
