Brass Hair Wire
Brass wire is used to cut copper plates. sometimes brass coated iron wires are mixed in thus collectors must be careful.

The main source of brass wire is from metal processing factories.

The recovered brass wire is first checked for iron contamination with an inspection device called an iron piece detector. At the same time, visually checking for different materials such as plated materials and stainless steel is crucial.
The brass wire that has been inspected there is put in a flexible container bag. The brass wire packed in this way is again inspected using the iron piece detector before being delivered to the manufacturer as a metal raw material.
Manufacturer
The brass wire delivered to the manufacturers is melted and cast. The cast scrap wires are rolled many times and reproduced into new brass wires.
