Plated Label
Coated Label. The coating can be Tin, Nikel, or Zinc-Nickel coating.
* Generally, tin coating Label is used as a raw material in copper shavings domestically in Japan.
* Nickel-coated products are mostly exported.
*Zinc-Nickel coating is Nickel plating on top of the tin base (tin has excellent bondability).
Origin
The main source of Coated Label is from press factories.
Because it is a material with excellent workability, it is used for processed products of various shapes. Typical products include the connectors of sensors in automobiles.
Two major kinds of Coated Labels are C2600 (copper 70%: zinc 30%) and C2680 (copper 65%: zinc 35%).

The recovered sepa is magnetically sorted on a sorting platform to check for iron and other contamination. At the same time, visually check for different materials such as oddly plated materials and stainless steel is essential.
After the inspection, the Coated Label is put in a flexible container bag, and the final inspection is performed again with an iron piece detector, and the product is delivered to the manufacturer as a metal raw material.
Manufacturer
Coated Label delivered to the manufacturer is melted and cast in an electric furnace or reverberatory furnace. The cast ingots are remanufactured into semi-finished brass plates, strips and brass rods by techniques such as rolling and extrusion.
Such semi-finished products will be recycled into various products such as faucet-related products, mobile phone parts, and sensor connector parts.
