New cutting of brass rod. Must not contain Bismuth.
* Be careful of sticks collected from multiple locations as it is difficult to distinguish them by visual inspection alone.
* Since many factories also process other metals, aluminum powder may adhere to the surface of the brass rod. Such things must be wiped clean.
The main source is the brass rod processing factories
Since it is scraped using cutting oil, there are many cases where oil adheres to the rods.
The collected rods are magnetically separated on a sorting platform to check for iron contamination. At the same time, visually checking for different foreign materials such as plated materials and stainless steel is also crucial.
After the inspection, the rods are placed in a flexible container bag, and the final inspection is performed again with an iron piece detector, which is then delivered to the manufacturer as a metal raw material.
The rods delivered to the maker are also inspected there. Rods that have passed the inspection are melted and cast. The cast ingots are made into semi-finished products like brass rods by techniques such as rolling and extrusion.
Such semi-finished products will be utilized to manufacture various products such as faucet-related valves and the tip of ballpoint pens.
