Label (60/40) (Corpel)
Same as standard with Brass Label but within the range of Cu 60-65%, Zn 35-40%.
Origin
The main source of Label (60/40)-Corpel is from press factories.
Because it is a material with excellent workability, it is used for processed products of various shapes. Typical products include the terminal connectors of sensors that are stretched around automobiles.

The collected corpel are magnetically separated (sorted using magnets) on a sorting table to check for iron contamination. At the same time, visually checking for plated materials or stainless steel...is crucial.
After the inspection, the corpel is placed in a flexible container bag, and the final inspection is performed again with an iron detector, and the product is delivered to the manufacturer as a metal raw material.
Manufacturer
The corpel delivered to the manufacturer is melted and cast in an electric furnace or reverberatory furnace. Semi-finished brass plates, strips and brass rods are manufactured again from the cast ingots by techniques such as rolling and extrusion.
Such semi-finished products will be remanufatured into various products such as faucet-related metal fittings, mobile phone terminal parts and sensor connector parts.
