1S
1S is pure aluminum with an aluminum purity of 99.5% or higher.
1070 and 1050 indicate that aluminum has a purity of 99.7% or higher and 99.5% or higher, respectively.
It has excellent corrosion resistance, workability, weldability, and electrical/thermal conductivity. However its disadvantage is its low strength.
The higher the purity, the lower the strength is, and the higher the gloss is after processing.
Origin
Since the source of 1S is mainly from aluminum wire and bus bar scraps.
Because the purity of aluminum is high, it has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity.

When 1S (aluminum wire/busbar) arrives, it will be checked for foreign matters and foreign materials such as iron wires, plated or painted objects, etc. using an iron detector or visual inspection. Foreign items are sorted and non-problematic items are cut or pressed to pallet sizes and shipped to the manufacturer as a metal raw material.
